LDK Solar Offers Takeover Bid to Germany’s Sunways....LDK Solar Co Ltd (NYSE:LDK) reported on Tuesday that it, through its fully owned subsidiary, LDK Solar Germany Holding GmbH, has entered into an investment deal on December 31, 2011 with Sunways AG, a German stock corporation, to purchase almost 33% of Sunways’ improved share capital following a capital growth from its authorized capital.
