On A-Cent, I doubt monthly payments have been made as they are required to be made every two months. But I do believe Q is current on the payments. Remember, this is a critical part for Cessna's strategy.

On speculation, if you were post the full bullet point, you would see it is not even speculation, just throwing a possibility among many.
