the amended complaint is quasar's motion to amend its complaint to include claims of tortious interference on two counts and add nhs as a defendant on those claims

the motion to clarify is deans motion to vacate the most recent order which has been posted regarding the courts order on the shareholder vote etc

also i believe the Honorable Judge Taylor is stepping down and the case will be assigned to another or incoming judge
