For the last time QASP hold no real shares of NHSH unless they bought them on the open market... The only consideration you should be talking about is the one I gave to James Owens for moving the debt to mineseekers which I posted for everyone to see some time ago.

"In consideration of the transfer of the indebtedness, responsibility, and ownership of the Assignment of Secured Convertible Promissory Not, Security Agreement and Default Judgement, Thomas Favata, in his personal capacity, will release James Owens of any potential liabilities regarding the manner which Centacom Holding Corporation origionally obtained ownership."
