As a shareholder you always hate to see dilution, however 10% dilution is not that big a deal especially with the stock trading this cheaply. Revenues were up about 10% for the fiscal year. Owning a 10% smaller share of a company that's 10% bigger is pretty much a wash.

The transaction does show that insiders think that XPOI will avoid bankruptcy despite the auditor's going concern warning and the path to profitability taking longer than I had expected. Cummer would not be loaning his money to XPOI (even with a first lien) if it was likely to be headed into bankruptcy.
