i agree,investors should know that its not ablosute until an 8k confirms this to be real as merger in also can mean its almost lights off theres a link in one of my posts that showes the language merger in has SEVERAL meanings...time will tell,im in but only $15.00 as i want it to show up on my screen...if an 8k shows up and CONFIRMS a merger then i should jump in...until then il hold back funds and approach with caution,its amazing how one becomes a better trader when they loose 63,000.00 to p/d stuff without learning things first...its called paying tuition... well im out for now have to go
