Luckyme77 you are misread, I didn't say anything about the O/S, I was referring to the A/S. It is never sneaky for the company to raise the O/S up to the A/S level. I have a problem when the A/S is raised without a word.

If a company raises the A/S without telling investors, that they are, then it is sneaky. If we only find the information out through calling the transfer agent, then it is sneaky.

I can't wait until BudGenius takes over, then hopefully Matt and all his bs will be out of the picture. Dilution should be the very last option when raising funds at this level.
