They mailed proxy materials to stockholders. Etrade has an option to receive proxy materials electronically so I received it in that format. Perhaps the electronic version comes faster, but all stockholders should receive the proxy material one way or another. In any case the link I posted to the financials & proxy materials (which etrade sent me) should work for anyone including non-shareholders.

Looks like XPOI is slow updating their web site since as of this afternoon the new financials are not posted there.
