Actually- today's a big day for Ioane

Sentencing will remain as set for 1/3/2012 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 4 (LJO) before District Judge Lawrence J. O'Neill signed by District Judge Lawrence J. O'Neill on December 29, 2011. We'll see if he is granted a continuance or if he's heading for some quality time with a cellmate.
