I cannot predict if and when FSNR will file reports with the SEC however what the company did say is that they will not 'consolidate' the Freestone Water LLC's accounting information into the main parent company's SEC filings. Thus the LLc's filings are not public info and any money spent, made or lost will not necessicarily show up in the company SEC filings. Thus, any profit or loss may not accrue to the FSNR company shareholders.
