I agree, and I can wait another year or two if it looks like it'll pay off. My pessimism is based more on my crappy luck with pennies rather than anything else. :)

I have my own timetable I'm looking for based on conversations and DD and what not. I was originally expecting the 10k back in November, but the extra month didn't surprise me based on what it took to get Allied audited and what happened with the 09 10k.

I DO expect the Qs to be released soon. There isn't really any reason why they shouldn't be since they are unaudited. However I'm curious what will happen with the '11 10k

Also, I do think the worst is over and would be surprised to see 45s again barring bad news.
