Phew,

Chiron, I'm glad that you didn't actually get pummeled. I was worried, man!

You might want to hold onto those DIMEQ's... they might be eating up a huge part of the 30% of the NewCo depending on what happens (i.e. if Appeals are deemed equitably moot)...

I don't think that this is over and I don't think that 0.10/LTW is even close to fair value.
