No one is going to take over this entity without due diligence. Seems to me no one even knows where to go to conduct due diligence. MF, BH, MG....yeah right. It's the blind leading the blind. My guess is this company gets dissolved mid year. No one is even going top pony up the fee to reincorporate. At least I will finally be able to take my tax loss in 2012. There are plenty of other great opportunities out there. My pick for 2012 - Orbite (http://www.orbitealuminae.com/). GLTA and Happy New Year.
