I do not know where Crusader got the info, and did not ask, but apparently it wasn't the TA.

Looks like about 67% of authorized shares
have been issued and are outstanding as of 9-30-11 as filed last month with the SEC.

I am researching to determine if that O/S includes the shares issued to our fearless leaders who bought down PSPW's outstanding debt to qualify for 3rd party financing of projects and PSPW equity in those projects. The share structure is still reasonable for this penny stock. In fact, it is relatively restrained as far as we know to date.
