I concur with MrPerfect. I always enjoy your commentary, greatly missed. Knowledge is a wonderful thing. Whether any of us have 1/2 share or 10mil shares, to me, any posts that encourages us to gain knowledge ,IMO that trumps #of shares anyday.
Bottom line , we need your knowledge, whether in or out or up or down, makes no difference.Dont sit back.

My philosophy,, IF you see a fellow man drowning, dont wait till he floats to the top to check if you can help,or offer help. HOWARD is a human being, just exactly like us. None of us on the board probably have never met nor will. So we just have to imagine what we are like and our motives if they are genuine.
WE CAN HELP HOWARD IF HE WILL ONLY DEMONSTRATE NOW BY ADDRESSING US AS A GROUP. IF HE IS DROWNING, THE PEOPLE HE WILL BE ADDRESSING IMO WILL BE THE ONES THAT CAN HELP SAVE HIM,, NOT THE ONES THAT ARE OBVIOUSLY HOLDING HIS HEAD UNDER WATER.
IM positive AQUAPRIN will find its way to market somehow. But if we as a group are unwilling to come together and DEMAND a CC so all can here answers to updates/PRs AND then conclude as a group all is well or a drowning is occuring,, its not going to market with us as shareholders in PHAR. SOME MIGHT HAVE CONNECTIONS TO HELP FUND GETTING PROBLEMS SOLVED,or viable solutions, otherwise its going to market without us. TO DENY THAT WE ARE BEING FOOLISH AND NIEVE IMO
Do nothing but wait on next report or never get any clear clarity on PR/UPDATES and how they effect strategy ...PHAR has no choice but to sell to a private investor which will be licking his chops with a real product and a lot of NEAT TOYS already purchased by public investors. An 8-to 10% premium will be offered shareholder,, AND GUESS WHO WOULD LOVE SEEING A LOW LOW LOW PPS, THEM. IS THAT ALREADY THE PLAN,, I ASK MYSELF AT TIMES..
Even if a public big pharma buys AQUAPRIN and rights to intellegence ,etc. they can even just not produce the product if it is direct competition with an existing product. In other words , shareholders get same average buyout premium for PHAR shares OR if its one of the big boys you will get opportunity to roll them into some of the$ 30-50 per share price with the buyout. A buyout by no means assures PHAR will exist. That amounts to a huge r/s.
IM exhausetd trying to get people to wake up and challenge HOWARD AND PHAR TO COME FORWARD. HOWARD/PHAR TO KNOW WHATS BEING ASKED AND SAID. WE will all loose if we dont wake up to facts and reality. ANYBODY THAT IS ALREADY OUT, MAYBE YOU DIDNT LOOSE MUCH BUT DID YOU LOOSE A LOT OF TIME AND DOES IT REALLY NOT MAKE YOU QUESTION YOUR ABILITY AS AN INVESTOR NOT TO HAVE FIGURED THIS OUT.
