With all respect allowing this type of kicking the can down the road with no group pressuring for updates on these issues is whats killing NEW investors.
Many of us might be peed but the NEW INVESTOR THAT IS DESPARETLY NEEDED looking at these and doing just minimul DD will not invest in the manner that will help PHAR .
The rollback was worked on 28days of the 30 days in SEPT. prior to fiscal end .A few DAYS after fiscal end ROLLBACK PR came out with very key specifics#1 being effective immediatly. It even never mentioned proper filings to be made, that was added by an IHUB poster. No way this should not be clarified to shareholders now,, as done deal, broken deal, altered deal, whatever,, but we should not allow the mentality that its not going to be on the annuals with 3qtr results when the report is not finished now. This can be addressed to his shareholders NOW and can be added to Annual an updated s/s at any date specified after Fiscal end, since the entire 4th qtr was finished before ANNUAL released due to late filings. That count or answer is known for sure at present time.
I just think my friend that if PHAR /HOWARD are allowed just to keep kicking the can down the road, telling as little as possible when and if they so desire, it hurts the Company and we are allowing that. If this info that they thought enough of to PR and is true, UPDATE US ON FACTS OF PR OR DELAYS. IF this wont be addressed until 45 days after DEC 31 on 4th QTr report, that is just PATHETIC way to operate a transparent INVESTOR friendly Company. This phrase came from HOWARD
On the distribution PR im more interested in WHO he will distribute to, and what the terms are in relation to when REVENUE COMES IN FROM THIS AGGREEMENT,,NOT HIS MINORITY INTEREST THROUGH PREF Ds. Is this a reputable company that i can do MY DD on as we all should.IF someone we are trying to encourage to take a look at and possibly invest in, WHAT DO WE SAY? If PHAR produces this amount of product whats the payment recovery time. If funding is going to be an issue to even start producing,,this should not be secretive..
What im saying is it was APPLAUDED by and PROMOTED by HOWARD/PHAR as worthy of market wire,, then they should with excitement and enthusiasm go into details as to grabbing a worldwide distributor and what it means. If anyone does DD on this Company and individual and does not come away with some serious head scratching, i just dont know. Unless im missing something, and somebody show me where to look,, its almost as if its make believe.
