I don't think he can offer that kind of transparency this late in the game...the last time I talked to him on the phone was enough for me, actions speak louder than words...and I'm not talking about corporate actions, although those do speak volumes as well...

I don't like being lied to...and I was...several times on the phone...when you just let him talk, he fills the void with himself talking and says some interesting things...about web development...but never about share structure...
