Not less than $10 million plus fee disgorgement.

Counts XV through XX cover concepts like Legal Malpractice, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Undisclosed Conflict of Interest, Fraudulent Misrepresentation/Concealment, Negligent Misrepresentation and Dissallowance of Fees.

I expect these counts to be settled without Dempsey or Orrick admitting or denying guilt.
