Hweb, you seem to have hit all the concerns here for TGIS.

The $1MM retroactive payment covers services that were expensed prior to May 2005. What's not clear is how much of the services were actually expensed in the current quarter, which includes April. Probably not much.....so most is likely pure profit.

Another issue not mentioned is the low tax rate....
