And you would be correct in that opinion. We have seen this happen over and over with ASFX, typical pinky strategy. The P&D now with ASFX was to be expected and it will happen again. To disprove any notion that the current O/S has any meaning one need only scroll back the pages to see the dilution that has occured at an alarming rate since the 1 for 200 reverse split. Seems now ASFX will employ the 'merger' speculation/rumor in an attempt to continue the dumping of the ever increasing O/S. It will not be too much longer before we see the A/S is raised to accomodate share sale. Dog
