I ran across an interesting little tidbit here while reading the article about the Noy Funds purchase into the Arava Power project.

The actual name of the company which owns Arava Power is Global Sun Israel Ltd. You can see it from this link:

I am wondering if this is the beginning of expansion for Global Sun Partners. I am going to research if they were ALWAYS listed as Global Sun Israel Ltd or if it is just recent.

IF recent, perhaps they have been legally restructuring themselves and making divisions per each country in which they intend to build power plants.

And GSP will simply be the 'parent' company...
