Elements of the company are a scam. The reports of the funding were fraudulent. The reports of acquisitions were false. However, Pristine Pharma has a real building with equipment. Brian Hayden, the Massena reporter has been to the facility and told me via the "eyeball test" that it looks legit. Remember, the goofy video which caused a nauseating amount of drooling on this message board was also a fraud. It was shot at another facility altogether.

I believe there are contracts, however, probably not as rich as the PRs indicated. The "DRAFT FINAL AUDIT" was an important element of the scam and probably bought Sabir an extra 3-4 months.

The great thing for all shareholders is our ability to selectively remove the poison and keep what looks legitimate and promising for the future. Addition by subtraction :)
