One of the main reasons for the change of share structure is to get the books in order. The A/S was at 500 mil and with all the notes and convertible debt if they were converted, O/S would be over the 500 mil, this S/S needed to be corrected. Past CEO had got the S/S out of whack! Sam is just trying to straighten this mess out. You can look as this as a positive, because it's needed to be done.

There are two ways of looking at this with a lower share price it would be much easier to see a double in the share price, the main reason why most people buy low priced penny stocks. Or if the stock has a higher share price and a much lower float, can bring in more qualified investors who don't mind holding a start-up company with a lot of potential! This is not a bad thing for us. We are going to look at lot more appealing to a potential buy out or partial takeover with a lower float, and the books in order. As I mentioned before lots of people won't even consider buying a stock under a buck because it looks like it has too much risk in it, but take this stock over a dollar and some buyers will be more willing to invest in this company.

New Year should bring us Joy, lets see if Sam does the right things for the share holders. I think he will. GLTA!
