Here is what I found regarding "Old Business". This can all be found in the past filings and News Releases in August of 2010. As can be seen in the news releases Ivy maintained VP of Acquisitions and remained on the Board of Directors and named Gamber as President and CEO once the merger of Twin Air Calypso was complete.
