epic needs to clarify that they do not have an exclusive distribution agreement with mmtc. this appears to be a major setback and i'm worried that they will cancel their proposed stock split and stock dividend since there appears to be no need to raise additional revenues to support the newly formed healthcare subsidiary that was going to handle the mmtc sales..hate to see any further price drop.
