NJR had a good year in 2011 with net earnings from operations circa $110millions. 2. The share price was up over the year. 3. This utility pays above 3% dividend. 4. In spite of its PE of 20, it is both a value and growth stock. 5. Over the past few years, NJR has put idle assets into production and, with tax credits, has found a new source of revenue. 6. Methinks that 2012 should be another good total return year for NJR. Anybody else riding this gas company to glory? TIA. NJR is a nice, steady, performing conservative investment. All IMHO.
