Use etrade ask for the pro program it is great so much info in that program it's nuts I have never had any problems and all I trade is pennies, they also gave me free trades for a qt. and I only started it with 500.00 to test it out, they still gave me all the perks. They will also give you an elite customer rep, my rep is very helpful and calls me every now and then to see how I'm doing and to make sure I'm happy with programs and what not. I will not loose my free trades starting next month but will get reduced comm. I think it's around 5.00, good luck! And happy new year!
