Sometimes the truth hurts. What parts do you disagree with? Mgmt not hiring a new member? Mgmt not hiring a real PR firm? Mgmt not making any deals? You got all the data you were hoping for what's next? I know the next six months will be different.

Mgmt stated they were searching to add new board members. Fortune 500 members don't take this long. How long do you wait while you are crippling the company financially? Why wouldn't someone be jumping at the chance to help this company? Why doesn't mgmt want to help the company? All imo.
