Someone correct me on this if Im wrong. The ceo of Smart Tek used to work for solvis and they bought solvis. Im scrolling through their financials and it says they sold 440k worth of shares and got a loan for 710k and isnt that to buy off solvis that he used to work for. Did he run that company into the ground and switch company and buy it off. Their liabilities out weigh their assests. Is their net income really negative 3 million and negative 3 million from funds from other operations? Someone prove me wrong about this company. And I forgot that is this correct about their gross net is 4 million and total operating expenses is 12 million?
