One of the possibilities is a class action law suit against Jim Renfro on behave of the Brazos shareholders. Many of the emails from JR have been traced to a Server in CA and then back to a house in Dallas that was being used by Renfro. Much of the information on the company website was provided by Renfro and was information about leases that were either sold or returned to the land owner prior to using it on the website to lure buyers of the shares for BRZL.
