Getting a firm handle on the numbers has been harder...

But here it is...

140,000,000 in PTEL...

If you calculate the Float, O/S, A/S and Restricted...

In PTEL...

ENTI it's in the Billion's...

So PTEL should run to 2-3 dollars to clear...

Then about .02-1.00 plus clearing price per share if the Divvy's...

Were spun-up to The NASDAQ ready...

So Apr 3rd looks to be a big day for shorty...

Company would have to have room for 11.99 Billion shares to release them all...there is and escape claws, of sorts...

They would all have to be cleared within 35 days of a NASDAQ ready stock that has reached, and held a $1 price tag for 6 weeks and has applied for re-listing on the NASDAQ...

Guess that is where product and demand comes in...

Could take 1-3 months...

Could take 24-36 months...
