In interest of getting facts from all the conjecture on this board, can anyone provide insight into a few questions I have that we've been talking about?
1) Is there any evidence of a possible reverse split, or are people speculating from prior experiences in other stocks?
2) When will we know the exact A/S again? When they finally release their 3rd quarter report we will have a new updated O/S as of September 30th, yes?
New speculation: A lot of people are saying this company is a scam and that board members are only trying to take our money, but I question how they can stand to make much more than pocket change at this stage of the game. The market cap for this stock is between $120K and $180K depending on the price of the day. Without regarding any profit from selling previous shares, and assuming they found buyers for all remaining A/S (~1.5 billion) at the current market of $0.0004 they only standing to raise $800,000. Selling that many shares at this rate is unlikely, and I don't see how making anything under a million dollars that has to be split between at least several people is worthwhile in this endeavor. Maybe I'm looking for ways for this company to be legit b/c of my shares owned, but I don't see a sufficient risk/reward ratio for this being a scam. Thoughts?
