Hey kmanges36,
The shell PHAR purchased (BMGI) did not spin directly from EVF-. Same black widow spider but it came from a different web spinning.

I used full ticker on bmgi since it in effect became phar.

But even though EVF- does not have a phone, a product, a office, no employees ,some days 1-2mil shares get traded..
