Fourth paragraph says they are waiting for the close before they do the year end financials that ended sept 30,2011.Why would they have to wait for the close if the close isn't even included in that report?They are using that as an excuse for not doing the financials now.All that BS and not one hard fact.No names,no dates,no amounts,no nothing.Secret Asian man strikes again.
