If I was CEO of ACTC I would purposely hold the good news until most of the thieves have sold their shares and that would mean a substantial drop in the pps only to be followed, once most of the thieves have sold and earth shattering news is released, by a massive upward movement in the opposite direction.
And that strategy is to teach these weasels that ACTC can play just as dirty. They would get next to nothing for their ill gotten gains. Common shareholders would all be hurt in the short term but gain handsomely in the medium to long term.

Incidentally I bought my shares higher than today's closing price but I haven't sold and will not sell until the time is right. When is that? you may ask. haha "I am not telling". Give you a little hint though. Before the Muslims take over the world.
