This is sickening, and taxpayers will play a role in it whether we agree or disagree...........I'm making my voice heard. A horse is a majestic creature, and loved by many of us, Has served, and serve both the military, and police with distinction.

This animal has served man in so more capacities than we can imagine?. Even when they can't win the races, or big races anymore this is the fate of many............

For Sen.Baucus to make the argument that this will create jobs is deplorable. A job to murder horses.

A horse is unlike any other creature, and those who neglect them, and choose not to find them homes, and not to give them up freely to those who will take them, and care for them should be brought up on charges. Many will take them and give them pastures to romp in.

If they're sick, crippled, or for other health reasons are suffering then a vet needs to step in, and the animal buried imo. This Sen.serves Montana, a state where you'd think they cherish horses.
