I expected this. There was a lot of accumulation over the last several months. With a 45% pop yesterday, some took profits. Today, we are seeing more consolidation IMO. Once the base is built, then we have a firm take off.

At least the 10K is out. The rest of the 10Qs should follow within 1-2 weeks, since they do not have to be audited. Moreover, SNEY should have been working on these also while waiting on the 10K.

I say uplisting will happen in Jan 2012.
