@ CE: Klar, da hast Du Recht, aber die höhere Zahl von Aktien wird doch bestimmt ausschließlich für neue Übernahmen genommen! Sollte der Beschluß nicht gefasst werden, sind HRCT doch weiterhin die Hände gebunden und mann kann gar nichts machen. Hoffentlich geht es nur jetzt nicht noch weiter nach unten, weil diese Maßnahme nicht unbedingt im shareholder value-Sinne ist.
