New IHub rules.

Anyone can be a mod who applies for the job as long as they had 4 posts.

I am just assuming that no one else had applied for the position, although it would have been helpful if JOHNPLAYER had informed the board she was leaving as mod so someone else could apply.

I don't mind people being a mod who are "anti-PHAR" - just as long as all of us enforce the TOU rules fairly and impartially.
