rymankoly: no doubt lots of foreclosures , but there will always be a demand for custom homes. when peeps achieve a certain income bracket they want what they want and they are willing to pay $$$ for it. example, have you ever known successful business people that sell a company, have lots of cash and build their "dream" home in their "dream" location...happens everyday

as for my income level, not going to disclose. i will tell you i live in a market with home prices that range from $1.5 up to $5M and NO homes on my street for sale right now. last one that sold did so in 45 days.

the point is, there are niches in every market. ie. low income housing is another niche market.

laviv is a niche product. 30 year administrative assistants are getting botox and breast implants on $35K per year salaries (and financing it). women/men in the $250K+ per year market are the laviv client, and there are several $250K individuals in the market.

patience is the key...if they can survive getting the word out, the market will come to them

as for price, imo not to high when you cost compare it with botox and fillers over a 7 year period. and that's the catch 22 'cause they can't advertise it with a 7 year efficacy period, but 7 years was my personal experience, hence need to focus on testimonials from past patients. more importantly laviv does something botox and fillers can not do...IMPROVE skin quality. so some docs offering it should use current laser treatments as a cost comparison to laviv. which btw currently run $3,500-$4,000 per treatment and have some real risks associated with them.
btw also imo, clients that elect to have the therapy can continue to use botox and fillers if they choose until they realize the full effects of fibroblast therapy.

all imo of course.
