I use Tylenol gel caps all the time - I waited until I had a 'normal' headache and timed it.

In 2 1/2 minutes most my headache was gone.
No headache at all by 5 1/2 minutes.

Normally Tylenol works for me in about 30 minutes or so I feel a good amount of relief and by 40-45 minutes, it's gone.
