Why did he wait to post? I would think he has many other business ventures that needed his attention but after now seeing a set up for another pump and dump and as he done before looking out for the stockholders he could no longer hold his silence. The reverse split will be the first step in mgt selling shares at a 0 cost base again giving another pay day for the participants.
