HOUSTON, Jul 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Empyrean Holdings Inc. (EPYH) , a national real estate holding company, is pleased to announce that management has made the decision to declare a stock dividend of its common stock for shareholders of record as of August 15, 2005.
This is an independent stock dividend to be made to shareholders as a reward for their loyalty and support during this period of rapid development for the company. The rate of shares to be authorized for this dividend will be announced within two weeks.
