Gateway is not the same as Worldgate.

Gateway was acquired by Acer, back in 2007, after foisting all its liabilities to a near-bankrupt company, MPC of Nampa, Idaho. All of Gateway's "lifetime warranties" were extinguished by MPC's subsequent bankruptcy.

Worldgate is the Ojo OEM maker. Pervasip is a dealer for Worldgate, thru ACN.

WorldGate is currently in a terrible state. They went from 50 employees to 3 in 2011, and they owe $8M to their main hardware supplier. No new Ojos will be made till WGAT can pay that overdue bill.

No known revenue yet accrue from Worldgate new patent.
