Lycus, Halston and all, greetings! First of all, without revealing the technology to the world, there is no way New Visual will persuade some. I believe however, with some digging, we will see there are some incredibly prominent men in the international telecommunications industry who have bet their reputations on the commercial viability of Embarq.

1. May 27, 2005- I want begin by highlighting some recent events pointed out in press releases http://www.technewsworld.com/story/qcRIeWChJs6Uul/New-DSL-Standard-Promises-10-Times-the-Speed.xhtml
This new VDSL2 standard was adopted by the ITU. The ITU (International Telecommunications Union) is the oldest (1865) and most respected international standards union in the world. It is located in Geneva Switzerland and a United Nations recognized organization. It is responsible for defining the parameters by which telecommunications technologies (among many other things) will be implemented around the world. These standards are designed to ensure equipment compatibility between manufacturers, internationally.
Without these standards, international adoption of new technologies will not happen. The recommendation of these new VDSL2 standards are absolutely HUGE for NVEI.

Now couple this with the 3/5/2002 NVEI press release. In that press release New Visual introduces Dr. Walter Chen. See press release. Do you not think a man of Walter Chen’s prominence and reputation was part of the promulgation of these new standards? Note Walter Chen has authored more than 50 telecommunications standards worldwide. If you think not, you don’t really understand the caliber of people associated with this organization.

2. In the March 27, 2005 press release, New Visual announces a successful operational review by Hellosoft.

http://www.newvisual.com/press/detail.cfm?ID=109

Krishna Yarlagadda, its president allows his name to be used in the release. Without understanding who this man is and his reputation, the significance of the announcement will be overlooked. As you know New Visual is now being included on their website of technology partners.

KRISHNA YARLAGADDA

As you can see he is a leader in the telecommunications industry and rubs shoulders with some of the largest most well-known companies in the industry. As matter of fact, on his board resides Vinod Dham…..
Mr. Dham is recognized worldwide as the “father of the Pentium chip.”
3. Lastly, David Wojik.
New Visual Corporation
He has lead the worldwide marketing efforts for leading chip manufacturers. He headed marketing for Alcatel who holds a 40% market share for DSLAMS. It just so happens Embarq resides inside DSLAMS. Word is, he approached New Visual stating, “ I don’t want to just sell chips anymore, I want to be part of a chip that can change the world.”

My question to you guys is this, why would men of this caliber, with worldwide reputations at stake, align themselves and allow their names to be publicly associated with something that was not truly revolutionary?

Finally, while I realize you have many issues regarding this companies past, it appears these men are betting far more money time and reputation than you or I may ever have on its future!!!!

Please think before you respond!
