can we piece together what we know of UPZS history since the opening of it's first store? How many franchises survived? How many failed? How many shareholders lost money......what happened to the money collected from selling shares? How much money did James Vowler receive personally? his family members connected with the franchise? Garland Harris? How much franchise money had Jim Vowler collected? Where did that money go? So many questions we don't have answers to? Can folks now get Jim Vowler to put out data for his current efforts or will they be behind the pinsheet fence again? Any business can announce they are starting again.
