I suspect the timing set for a reason. It allowed the price to climb so some of the warrant holders that got in cheap could get out on news before year end and expiration with a decent profit. It will be interesting if we get more news to let them cash out before they expire or the rest expire and news comes afterwards. Should be an interesting 2012.
