Thanks eagle2, Approx 2B less than many have said it must be. And if vfin is done or almost, Then that will leave us plenty of AS to spare eliminating a RS scenario. Also, Clearing the Debt from the Road will "Bring Our PPS To Highway Speeds in 2012"
