Anthony Maye of Home Creek responded to an email I sent informing him that PGI had shut down operations for the last 2 weeks of December and whether or not PGI had already met its obligations under a new contract to fund by 1/1/12:

I have talked with Mr. Gandy since signing that agreement and he did let me know that the holidays, especially in Europe, were holding up their proceedings a little. But he thought he would still meet the Jan contract.

My opinion on it is that anyone thinking they can get a deal done between Dec 20th and the first, just add a week or two because it always ends up being delayed. The advantage that they have in working with a small family firm like ours, is that I would obviously be lenient in days after the first to finalize the deal, and also have been in communication with Mr. Gandy. So at this point, all is moving forward. We look forward to putting some production checks in the hands of PGIE.
