...we had to find out from you that the wipes plant in Florida was shut down. For some reason Black didn't want invetors to know that.

Healthnostics, Inc is Pink Sheet "Limited Information" company and shareholders either accept that fact going in or they don't buy the stock. The choice is there's to make. Anyone who has trouble with that requirement shouldn't get involved with OTC limited information stocks.
